贴标机广泛应用于各个领域。很多生产商都选择现代化的全自动贴标机为自己生产的商品穿上标签。然而很多生产商并不熟悉机械，学会了操作贴标机，但是却忽略了对贴标机的日常保养。全自动贴标机即使质量很好，价格非常昂贵的全自动贴标机，在长期高强度使用的情况下也会因零件磨损、折旧和故障，下面是有工程师给出的几点全自动贴标机的定期维护和保养技巧，大家在往后使用贴标机的时候注意保养，延长机器的使用寿命。

1、更换保险，本设备使用的是交流电源，要使用保险丝来防止过载。

Fuse replacement: this equipment uses AC power and a fuse to prevent overload.

2、每次使用完毕后，均需清理杂物，以保证日后的正常使用。

After using each time, it’s required to clean up debris, to ensure the normal use later.

Cleaning the place you need to pay attention

● 勿使用对机械表面有损伤的清洗工具；

Do not use cleaning tools which may damage mechanical surface.

● 勿使用酸性溶解液。

Do not use acidic dissolution liquid.

3、 常规维护

Routine maintenance 

  ●需要定期的检查以确认标签的传送准确无误；

Require periodic checks to confirm the accuracy of the label transfer;

  ●根据环境的不同你需要对机器进行周期的检查，以便维护机器的正常运作；

Depending on the circumstance you need to check the machine periodically, in order to maintain the normal operation of the machine;

  ●清理掉废弃的纸屑与碎片。

Clean out the discarded scraps of paper and debris.

4. 保养：该贴标机的零件经过镀铬处理，具有防锈功能，但放置过程中，仍然需要注意防锈，使用防锈油喷各个不锈钢和铁器部件，用软布轻轻擦匀，{噢姆-40防锈油}

Maintenance: The labeling machine parts are rustproof by chrome plating. During storage, anti-rust maintenance is also required. Spray anti-rust oil on stainless steel and iron parts with a soft cloth by even rubbing {WD-40 anti-rust oil}.
